Cheryl is passionate about passing along her industry knowledge and experience to the next generation of agents, and has been featured prominently at real estate events throughout the country. She assists in agent training and was recently recognized as “Mentor of the Year” for 2021. Beyond her work as a teacher, Cheryl also believes that learning is a lifelong endeavor—and attends mastermind events each year to ensure she always brings her clients the best service possible.
Cheryl also is a strong believer in giving back and helping others. She is very involved with local charities to assist children with terminal brain cancer—planning and hosting fundraising events and dinners to raise funds for those in need.
While not selling homes, Cheryl enjoys traveling, relaxing on a beach, reading, playing Texas Hold’em, spending time with her wonderful husband and adult children, and snuggling her Shih Tzu (Rupert) and cat (Batman).

Samantha Cole brings our team an extensive background in client relations and marketing. Previously the Director of Client Relations for Balenciaga as well as a business owner herself, Samantha offers significant expertise in creating and managing the Cheryl Cooper Groups marketing to ensure the success of all our listings!
Our clients always feel Samantha’s friendly and motivated personality. Her strong client relationships have been built through her years of experience managing and owning her own businesses in the hospitality and boutique fitness industries.
